Being 6x Salesforce CRM certified, coupled with over 6 years of expertise executing Salesforce platform customisations for several medium and enterprise-sized companies within Jamaica, the Caribbean and the United States of America.

Co-Founder, Director & COO
An experienced and certified Business Analyst through the University of Cape Town, with a BSc. in Information Technology from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
Having a decade of expertise in Business Systems & Processes Analysis, over 10 years of customer experience delivery, over 7 years of Software Quality Assurance Testing, over 5 years of Software Product Management, coupled with experience working in both the public and private sectors.
